In-Wheel Motor Production Line
The delegation first inspected Sine Power’s automated in-wheel motor production line, reviewing the full-process manufacturing flow and strict quality control systems for the company’s signature oil-cooled motors and double-bolt winding motors. The on-site technical team demonstrated the products’ performance advantages in high-load continuous operation, industry-leading heat dissipation efficiency, and extended service life, while explaining production capacity reserves that can support large-scale, stable global deliveries.
Controller Production Line
The visiting team toured SMT assembly, functional testing and aging testing workshops for motor controllers, gaining detailed understanding of the company’s fully traceable quality management system from component sourcing to finished product delivery. The fully automated production capacity and zero-defect quality assurance process received high recognition from Crown Group’s technical team.
Electronic Control R&D Center
At the electronic control R&D center, Crown Group executives reviewed Sine Power’s independently developed intellectual property in core control algorithms, observed live bench testing of motor efficiency and dynamic response, and learned about the company’s complete verification system covering product reliability, environmental adaptability and EMC compliance.
eBike R&D Center
The two sides conducted in-depth technical exchanges at the eBike R&D center, focusing on matching optimization of the CG125 oil-to-electric conversion kit, including adaptation to local road conditions in South Asian markets, regulatory certification requirements, and localized technical support solutions after product delivery.
