Wuxi Sine Power Holds the Founding Meeting of Its Enterprise Science Association
On the morning of September 15, 2022, the inaugural meeting of the Science Association of Wuxi Sine Power Technology Co., Ltd. — together with the first meeting of the first committee — was held in the conference room on the second floor of the company. Xi Xinhua, vice chairman of the Xishan District Science Association, attended and awarded the medals.
Founded in July 2010, Wuxi Sine Power Technology Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research, development and manufacturing of high-performance motors and controllers for electric transport systems. The company integrates the R&D, production, sales and service of central control ECU, electric MCU and motors for electric two-wheeled vehicles, electric tricycles and electric four-wheel vehicles, and is known as the “M&C origin enterprise in the electric vehicle industry”.
At the founding meeting, the members of the Association for Science and Technology listened carefully to the preparatory work report, passed the Articles of Association (draft) of the Science and Technology Association of Wuxi Sine Power Technology Co., Ltd., and elected the company’s chairman Wang Wei as president, the company’s vice chairman and president Zhou Jianhua as vice chairman, and the company’s director Feng Gang as secretary-general. Wang Qing, Zhou Wei, Bu Yanzhu and Li Yugang served as the first leadership group of the Enterprise Science and Technology Association.
The newly elected President Wang Wei made an important speech. He said that under the guidance of the Xishan District Party Committee and the Xishan District Association for Science and Technology, the company would give full play to the organizational advantages of the association, vigorously promote scientific and technological innovation, accelerate the establishment of a high-tech enterprise innovation consortium, focus on building the company’s engineering technology research institute, strive to become a provincial and municipal “little giant” enterprise specializing in special and new technologies, create an industry benchmark enterprise, and meet the 20th CPC National Congress with practical actions.
Xi Xinhua, vice chairman of the Xishan District Association for Science and Technology, put forward suggestions on the future work of the Saiying Science Association. He stressed, first, that the association should closely focus on the enterprise’s industrial characteristics and development goals, accelerate the pace of scientific and technological innovation, organize scientific and technological workers to actively carry out technical exchanges and breakthroughs, improve the enterprise’s operation quality and innovation level, and promote high-level industry-university-research cooperation to serve independent innovation and upgrading. Second, it should give full play to the bridge role of grassroots organizations, combining the enterprise’s production and operation activities with socially oriented science popularization in line with the district association’s annual work plan, and carry out colorful science popularization activities — creating conditions for the growth and progress of outstanding scientific and technological workers and effectively serving them. He expressed the hope that the association would earnestly perform its duties, carry out its work creatively, and firmly advance the construction goal of “beautiful east gate of Wuxi, new Xishan with quality and vitality” in accordance with its articles of association.
The enterprise is the main body of scientific and technological innovation and the place where scientific and technological workers gather. As a mass organization of scientific and technological workers, the enterprise science association is the bridge and link between the Party and government and enterprise scientific and technological workers, and an important force for promoting scientific and technological progress and enhancing independent innovation capability. By establishing its science association, Wuxi Sine Power Technology Co., Ltd. will greatly enhance the enterprise’s core competitiveness and social influence.
